•Step 1 (first 2 weeks)

•Dark knuckles, knees and elbows lightening  cream should be used on knuckles, knees and elbows 3x daily 

 * shower with your shower gel daily for a week , some people experience peeling but it’s nothing major, your skin is exfoliating. Stop using after a week and use just once every 8 weeks 

•(For knuckles using the knuckle eraser pen is important. It's advisable to lighten these areas before touching any other body parts (work on these areas for atleast 2 weeks before using full body lotion. (Use atleast 3-5 times a day ) and use body glow oil twice daily on hands 

•Use coconut scrub twice a week All over body, avoid face 

•Use body glow oil all over body twice a day

•Use papaya soap daily atleast twice a day 

(If you have acne,leave papaya soap on face for atleast 5 minutes  Or buy or acne therapy set and start using ) 

• take the skin glow pills one pill a day 

Step 2 (week 3)

•Continue using all products from week one to week two daily

•Use luminous light weight cream daily atleast twice a day and body glow oil once a day

• use roll on daily atleast twice a day
• Use Intimate brightening area cream on intimate areas twice a day until achieve desired results.
• After washing face,use facial cleanser to cleanse,wait 5 minutes and apply daytime cream during the day and at night,apply night time cream before bed time.
• Face clarifying exfoliant should be used once a week
