Whitenicious is a California-operated cosmetic skincare brand. All products sold on this website are cosmetic products intended for external use only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results may vary depending on skin type, usage, lifestyle, medical conditions, and consistency of use.

By purchasing from this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/legal guardian consent. Customers voluntarily purchase and use products at their own discretion and assume all responsibility associated with product use.

Whitenicious products may cause visible skin brightening, exfoliation, peeling, tingling, irritation, sensitivity, dryness, or other temporary skin reactions commonly associated with cosmetic skincare products containing exfoliating acids, active brightening ingredients, vitamins, botanical extracts, or fruit acids. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs and consult a licensed physician or dermatologist before use if pregnant, nursing, under medical supervision, or if you have sensitive skin, allergies, eczema, psoriasis, autoimmune conditions, or any pre-existing medical or skin condition.

Patch testing prior to full application is strongly recommended.

Do not use on broken, irritated, inflamed, sunburned, or damaged skin. Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, and mucous membranes. Keep out of reach of children.

Whitenicious makes no guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding specific cosmetic outcomes, timelines, or suitability for every skin type. Product descriptions, testimonials, before-and-after images, social media content, influencer content, and customer reviews are provided for informational and marketing purposes only and do not constitute medical claims or guarantees of identical results.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices, formulations, packaging, promotions, ingredients, policies, and product availability may change without notice.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR REFUNDS ON USED OR OPENED PRODUCTS DUE TO HEALTH, SAFETY, AND SANITATION REASONS.

Whitenicious shall not be held liable for:

  • allergic reactions,
  • misuse or abuse of products,
  • improper storage,
  • customer negligence,
  • combination with other skincare products, medications, or treatments,
  • failure to follow directions,
  • delayed or lost shipments,
  • customs seizures or import restrictions,
  • carrier issues,
  • force majeure events,
  • indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.

Once packages are transferred to USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, or any selected carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier and customer. Customers are solely responsible for tracking, customs duties, taxes, import restrictions, and communication with the carrier regarding delivery issues.  

Whitenicious reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, limit quantities, block accounts, or deny future purchases at its sole discretion, including in cases involving suspected fraud, chargebacks, abuse, harassment, false claims, unauthorized resale, or misuse of products.

Any disputes arising from the use of this website, products, or services shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. By using this website, you agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.
