SHIPPING POLICY

On occasion,whitenicious offers shipping promotions, at which time domestic customers receive free shipping if they spend over a certain amount. These promotions may change periodically. Whitenicious ships to most countries worldwide via USPS for all domestic and international packages.

 

Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:

$15 flat fee for domestic, all states within the USA 

for all international shipping outside the USA  we ship to worldwide (with FedEx,dhl,ups)

 We are not liable for any shipping and delivery issues that may arise due to customs, natural disasters, transfers from USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL to the local carrier in your country, air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any additional fees, customs, or backend charges once the package has exited the United States. Once the order has been handed to USPS, please track the package and follow up with USPS. Once the package is marked as delivered, we no longer hold responsibility. If the package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local post office, as Whitenicious does not personally handle packages and deliver them to you. Once you have chosen your carrier and we ship with the carrier you selected, please contact them for any delivery issues.
