Application

Scoop between fingers or dry wash cloth,apply to wet skin and gently massage in a circular motion, focusing on rough skin,cellulite areas,hyperpigmented areas etc Rinse thoroughly and pat dry.

Warnings

Avoid use on any cuts or delicate areas.

Do not put in an open cut.  Do not exfoliate if skin is sunburned or irritated.

Since this is an oily scrub, please be careful with use in a shower as your shower floor might get oily causing a slippery surface.
